Pregnancy Yoga with Anna Wise
Practising yoga can help to enhance your experience of both pregnancy and birth. Yoga can help to counteract some of the physical discomforts of pregnancy as well as helping to tone and stretch the body in preparation for birth. It also balances the emotions and aids relaxation bringing benefits to you and your unborn child.
Come along and learn valuable techniques for relaxation and breathing as well as how to work with your body safely during pregnancy, labour and beyond.
Classes are small (8 students max) offering a chance for individual needs to be addressed.
Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy through to birth – all levels welcome including beginners.
Booking is required
£10 per class paid on a monthly basis monthly (drop in £12)
