Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is a powerful practice for spiritual upliftment, physical and mental mastery and personal transformation. This ancient art employs a combination of kriyas (a sequence of yogic postures), pranayama (breathwork), mudras (hand gestures) and mantra (chanting of sacred syllables).  The practice is internally focused, guiding you into your own experience, rather than emphasizing outer physical perfection.

Exercises and meditations are designed to have a specific effect, which can be physical, such as enhancing spinal flexibility or boosting immunity; esoteric, such as developing intuition or opening the heart chakra; or very practical, such as boosting self-confidence or attracting prosperity.  Regular practice of Kundalini yoga will clear the way for you to unleash your inner creativity and attain your highest potential.  It will still the mind, tone the body, release energetic blocks and foster a sense of inner radiance.
