Flow & Restore Yoga with Kate Hayes
This class brings together a steady mindful flow practice with blissful restorative poses to ease body and mind, promoting deep relaxation, better sleep and a greater sense of calm. Classes will begin with sequences to free the joints, easing tension in the body, releasing the spine, hips and shoulders and connecting movement with the breath. This will then build to a short standing sequence to build stamina, strength and focus, leading us closer to a quiet and receptive state, ready to surrender to seated floor work and ultimately to restorative poses to close the practice. Restorative poses are fully supported postures, which enable the practitioner to enjoy the benefits of the postures while at the same time experiencing a deep state of stillness, comfort and ease in both body and mind.
The class is multi level and different options will be given to accommodate both newer and more experienced students, A lovely way to round out your weekend and meet the new week refreshed and restored.
The class runs Sunday evenings, 7.30-8.45pm
Classes are £55 for 5 class pass, or £100 for 10 class pass (valid 4 months). Drop in is £13.
